Booking and Payments

Payments

     A percentage of the service fee is required as a deposit at the time of booking, payable online. The remaining balance is due in person at the time of your appointment.  Accepted payment methods: credit card, debit card, and cash.

Late Arrivals 

    Clients are considered late if they arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling at the discretion of the provider.·

No shows

   Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

   No-shows will forfeit their deposit and will not receive a refund.

Service Requirements & Pre-treatment Information

For Facials:

·   Every facial service begins with a thorough skin analysis. The treatment provided will be determined by the condition of your skin, regardless of the service initially selected.

·    Dermaplaning, and chemical peels will not be performed on first-time visits. Achieving optimal results is highly dependent on proper aftercare. Clients are responsible for following recommended post-treatment guidelines.

For Waxing:

· Brazilian waxing requires a sufficient hair length for effective removal. After a waxing session, clients should avoid activities that induce heavy sweating or irritation, as the pores remain open and sensitive.

·  If you have any health conditions, it is essential to disclose them on the provided questionnaire.   Clients are responsible for any consequences resulting from undocumented contraindications.
